Owner/Operator
Billy was raised by two loving parents who each separately ran a business. While his father Bill Sr. owned and operated a successful general contracting company specializing in designed builds for large commercial and industrial projects, his mother Linda successfully ran the family’s apartment rental business.
Halfway through earning his bachelor’s degree and after working for his fathers contracting company since the age of 15, Billy took over all aspects of the family’s apartment rental business. Everything from the bookkeeping, to the maintenance, to the apartment turnovers in between tenants.
After graduating college, Billy began working for a high end professional painting service while continuing to manage the family’s apartment business, which allowed him to specialize his skills and gather the experience necessary to become a professional painter not just a person who puts paint on the wall.
Combining the skills, experience, and knowledge gleaned from working with his father’s construction company, learning how to run a business through the family’s apartments business with excessive tutelage from his father who owned and operated 3 separate successful businesses over the years, and of course fine tuning his technical painting skills and expanding his knowledge base by training at the feet of a high end professional painting company allowed Billy to confidently and successfully start his own company.
Family, friends, and community are very important to Billy. He regularly donates his time and resources to help anyone he can. When interviewed Billy said “Thanks to my terrific parents, my older sister Renee, my younger brother Adam, and I were taught what is important in life.”
